Hi! I’m Viv,
A Sydney Personal Trainer and Coach
I grew up a really active kid who loved being outdoors, growing up with two younger siblings I was definitely kept on my toes. We played tonnes of team sports, spent weekends down the beach or on our Grandparents farm during the school holidays.

My family are all great cooks. Discovering my passion for being in the kitchen and creating yummy foods started from a very young age. Still to this day, I love eating well, exercising often, practicing self care and connecting and caring for those very special people in my life.
My exercise and movement over the years has really grown and evolved. The way I train today is very different to the way I trained as a teenager. From a little cardio bunny to a well taught Strength Coach. I really love and enjoy the Mental & Physical challenges that lifting heavy weights has on my mind and body. It has taught me focus, control, patience, consistency and dedication to my goals. Yes I love lifting heavy weights but yes, I really enjoy the recovery also. Lots of walking outside, connecting with Mother Nature, stretching through yoga, detoxifying and cleansing through hot and cold therapies such as the ocean, ice baths and infrared saunas as well as eating a really well balanced whole food diet.

Since entering the Fitness Industry 5 years ago I have continued my ongoing education and coaching from the industry’s leading heavyweights from all pockets of the world. I am consistently ups-killing and learning. I’ve had some incredible mentors and coaches along the way and I can proudly say that without their knowledge and guidance I would not be the Coach or Woman I am today.

Outside of training I focus a lot on self care & mindset with an overall holistic approach to Health, Fitness and Wellness.

I hope that I can too help you in achieving your Health and Fitness goals together! Whether that be focusing on getting stronger and learning Barbell lifts, changing your body composition or helping you improve your posture and lifestyle.
