Gem wanted to build strength back into her body, lose some body fat, build muscle in her glutes & whilst maintaining a social life.
A few tweaks here and there, accountability from yours truly & here are the results we achieved in 12 weeks together.
During this time we built some amazing muscle tone throughout the entire body, lost 3 kgs, dropped body fat, built some really strong compound lifts, lost over 15cms around 4 points of the body including arms, whilst still enjoying holidays & friendship/business milestone events.
