I offer 4 week gym-based fat loss, hypertrophy and strength building programs for complete newbies to the gym to intermediate lifters with some gym experience who want to increase their strength and skill whilst developing their physique.
The primary aim is to produce muscular progress and become a more confident, skilled lifter.
The entire body will be developed, with particular emphasis on creating shapely glutes and legs, and defined shoulders and back musculature.

The programme consists of 3-4 sessions per week.
